After having succeeded in our initial niche, we are growing rapidly in different areas. Therefore, we need you who is passionate about operations and ensuring a smooth experience for our customers.

We are looking for the following qualities:

  • Fluent Swedish speaker! 
  • Fluent in English. More (Nordic) languages are a plus!
  • Eager to learn the ropes of working in a startup at the front.
  • Great communication skills in both writing and speech (in Swedish). 
  • Very detail-oriented and structured way of working. 
  • Good at juggling multiple tasks at once.
  • Good at prioritizing tasks and does not get overwhelmed when working under pressure.
  • Self-driven, proactive, can take ownership and work independently.
  • Willingness to go the extra mile to ensure a steep learning curve.
  • Love working in a dynamic team.


You will join our operations team with the #1 priority to ensure a great customer experience. This entails the following:

  • Responding to all customer inquiries and convert interest into sales.
  • Handle communication with retailers and follow up on order status and returns.
  • Proactively inform customers about their orders and ask for feedback.
  • Handle operational and administrative tasks such as creating and sending out receipts, updating prices or managing our customer database and order management system.
